Hello team!

The team at Invicta Rex Games is incredibly excited and honored to announce that Song for War has officially reached its funding goal! A huge THANK YOU to each and every backer for supporting the game, and we cannot wait to get it into your hands in 2026. As of this moment, everything is on target and running smoothly.

We also still have 20 days left in the campaign, which means we have lots of great runway to keep the momentum going - and we will be sure to keep sharing updates along the way!

UPDATED Stretch Goals | 89% Funded!

Hi team!

We're 89% funded in just 1 week! We're confident that Song for War will reach its funding goal, and we have all of our backers to thank - you are incredibly appreciated!

With success on the horizon - and based on the suggestions of backers in the comments - we updated and lowered our stretch goals to increase the chances that we unlock them and have them ready for when the game reaches all of you. 

The updated stretch goals include: 

Goal #1 (lowered to 24k): The addition of 5 short scenarios for the Mediterranean Theater, and 3 short scenarios for the Mediterranean Theater reward offering.

Goal #2 (lowered to 28k): 6 Player commander expansion, along with 6 additional Player Aids, allowing 3 Axis players (Air, Sea, and Land) to battle their Allied counterparts.

Goal #3 (lowered to 36k): Solo bot expansion with rules for solo player mode for the Italy and Mediterranean Theater scenarios.

A huge THANK YOU for backing Song for War. We are incredibly grateful for your support but need to keep the momentum going. We've worked hard to build the most collaborative WW2 tabletop strategy game - with four different starting scenarios, unique battle mechanics, open ended strategy and teamwork, and countless paths to victory - to allow gamers of all types to dive into WWII.
